Drop-Off

Please drop off your child no earlier than 8:30 A.M. Enter the main Palos Verdes High School entrance at 600 Cloyden Rd, Palos Verdes Estates, CA 90274. Follow the main entrance driveway straight (South) continue veering right towards the baseball field. You can park for a "5 minute drop-off" adjacent to the baseball field. For extended parking please use the student lot just North of the baseball field. Check-in will be at the baseball field entrance and PVSA staff will signing-in athletes at our check-in table. ALL athletes must sign-in prior to camp participation. Once signed-in, the athletes will be escorted to the football locker room in small groups where they will be entertained by movies until the 9:00 A.M. start of camp. If you are running late don't panic we will have staff at the sign-in location until 9:20. If later than 9:20 please park in the student lot and escort your child to the baseball athletic fields.

Pick-Up

PVSA staff will escort the athletes in small groups back to the baseball field entrance where each responsible adult must sign-out their athlete. We will start excusing the first group at 1:55 P.M. All athletes will be waiting for pick-up by 2:10 P.M. If you are running late, we will have staff there until all athletes are picked up. Please do your best to be on time, we will too. Please keep in mind that the South access road may become crowded with parents, so if you have time, park in the student lot. Older Athletes (12-14) may sign themselves out, with a written note from the responsible parent or guardian.

Emergency

If for any reason you need to pick-up your child early, please call (310) 528-8201 and coordinate pick-up. If you can not call, we will be in two locations: football locker room or fields (baseball or aux. field located adjacent to old pool site). Whatever the reason please sign-out your child.

Lunch

Lunch will be from approximately 11:45-12:15 daily. Lunch will NOT be provided by the camp so please pack a healthy peanut free lunch if possible. We have a few peanut allergies and would appreciate your understanding. Lunches will be stored inside the football locker room area, out of sun but may be subject to some heat.
